In most cases, we can deliver same day or next day based on inventory availability. Our normal hours are Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 3 PM. Every rental comes with a 14-day rental period. That gives most people plenty of time to load at their own pace. If you finish early, call us and we will pick it up. If you need more time, no problem. Extensions are available at a daily rate. Just give us a call for details.

You cannot put hazardous materials in the dumpster. That means no tires or wheels, no freon appliances (AC units, freezers, refrigerators), no paint cans, no crossties, no pesticides, chemicals, wet paint, motor oil, gasoline, propane tanks, or medical waste. You also cannot mix trees, brush, dirt, grass, or stumps with regular trash. If prohibited items are found, additional charges will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Not sure about something? If the dumpster is going on your own property, like a driveway or job site, you typically do not need a permit. If it needs to be placed on a public street or right-of-way, your city may require one. We recommend checking with your local municipality before delivery. If you have questions, call us and we will help you figure it out.

No. All debris must stay level with the top of the dumpster walls. This is a safety requirement for transport. If a dumpster is overloaded, we cannot haul it until the load is brought down to the fill line. Keeping it level also helps you avoid extra charges.

Roll-off dumpsters are heavy, especially when loaded. On asphalt driveways, there is some risk of minor surface marks. On concrete, the risk is lower. If you are concerned, placing plywood boards under the contact points helps distribute the weight. Let us know your surface type when you book and we can advise on the best placement.

Not necessarily. If you give us clear placement instructions when you book, we can deliver without you being there. For pickup, just make sure the area around the dumpster is clear so our truck can access it. If you have a gate or any obstacles, let us know ahead of time.

Each dumpster comes with a set weight allowance based on the size you rent. If your load exceeds the included allowance, overage charges apply per ton over the limit.
